One's professional experience may or may not be a good indicator of their true abilities, but it does demonstrate where they have invested their time and to some extent their results. Following is a chronological listing of the organizations and assignments that I have served.

Black and White StrategyManaging Partner

Founded micro agency dedicated to serving non-profit organizations with  strategic planning and targeted tactical implementations. We work with ministries  as out-placed executive leadership in order to offer a fresh perspective to their leadership team.

Served Dr. Charles Stanley in expanding the organization’s mission to “Lead individuals worldwide into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and to support the local church.” Expanded radio broadcast from 7 languages into 100. Witnessed double digit growth while mantaining control of expenses. In Touch was named for first time to the Forbes Top 200 non-profit list in 2005.

Also worked as Dr. Stanley's literary agent for five years, helping him create and bring to market more than twenty works, selling millions of copies, including a New York Times Best Seller.

1996 – 1998

INSP /The Inspiration NetworkVP Sales and Development

Created new strategic programming opportunities and managed all sales inventory for a leading national Christian cable network. Experienced    expediential growth in network revenue and helped produced programming      such and the 1998 WOW Awards.

1993 – 1995

Christian CoalitionMarketing Director

Joined the team that was instrumental in organizing at the grass roots level, Christian conservatives to actively support and participate in the US political process. Implemented the “voters guide” campaign which contributed to the “Contract With America” and the 1994 “Republican Revolution”.
