There are many ways to measure success and achievement.  Some look at years on the job and title earned.  Others compare staff sizes,  compensation packages and benefits plans. 

My definition of results is tied to a team effort.  Organizational success can really only be found in the unity of a team of dedicated staff and leaders.  I am proud of the success that teams I have served on have achieved.
