It has been my privilege to have spent the last 24 years of my professional life working in the non-profit sector with organizations whose missions were dedicated to important causes. From creating and sustaining Christian family friendly television programming, to encouraging and building conservative grass roots citizen's action, to leading a Forbes Top 200 charitable organization, the experience has been rewarding.
Although my role has varied, in each case the greatest successes have been achieved by a team of dedicated and talented professionals. In the world of cause driven action there is little room for individual “super star” heroics. Any long lasting impact is ultimately made by a group of like-minded team players who focus their talents and skills on a common cause.
My goal is to share in that type of success and continue to see significant results from the team's endeavors. Through the years, I have seen dramatic changes in the methods in which we communicate. But the fact is we haven’t seen anything yet. We need to apply breakthrough thinking and exercise acts of courage to make a difference. Let’s do our best to find the answers to these critical questions as quickly as possible.
- 82% of American's state that religion is somewhat or very important in their lives*, why aren’t we in a growing relationship with them?
- How can we use interactive technology to literally watch the truth change the world?
- What are the practical approaches to reach across generations to communicate and connect?
- Why is inspirational television programs mostly limited to Sundays?
- Why don't more like-minded non-profit organizations work together to do great things?
- The world is shrinking, how can we rapidly take the message around the globe?
